I am a certified Life Coach specializing in Health & Wellness. Trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, QPR for Suicide Prevention and Mental Health First Aid.
In 2008 my life was changed forever when my son chose to end his life due to bullying and depression. We often feel all alone when something tragic happens. When we share, we learn and grow. The pain and sorrow made me more compassionate and inspired me to reach out to others. The courses I facilitate are things I needed to learn to get through my challenges.

Topics covered in this session include:

1. The Act of Change/Transformation
We all have challenges in our life and we all have the ability to make peace with them.

2. Feelings / Emotions
Releasing emotions is a way to heal and let go of your burdens or baggage.

3. Affirmations / Belief Systems
Affirmations are positive statement that we can choose to think and speak to improve our lives.

4. Forgiveness
When we hold onto unforgiving thoughts we are actually choosing to suffer. This can erode our joy. Forgiveness is a process that takes time and effort, however is well worth it.

5. Self-Love
Self-love changes everything – we have a better relationship with ourself and others.

6. Going Within – Know Thyself
Following your heart is your Inner Guidance System or your GPS.

7. Create Your Own Destiny
Learn how our thoughts and feelings affect our well-being. If we’re not feeling good about ourselves, it’s likely we won’t be able to accomplish much.
