NATIONAL DAY FOR TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION PRESENTATION
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our National Day for Truth and Reconciliation presentation on September 29, 2023.
Adele Arcand Bearwoman, a residential school survivor, spoke to us about the history of residential schools, what reconciliation means and what we can do to work towards it. It was a very moving conversation.
We plan to work more with Adele in the future to build a partnership of learning and support and bring more information to our members.
