This is a slower-paced class designed for those who have muscle stiffness/atrophy, frozen shoulder, chronic aches and pains, or those who are beginning to exercise after being inactive.

 

EQUIPMENT:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga strap/TheraBand

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Prepare to be standing through the majority of the class.
  • There are 10 minutes on the floor, if you are unable to get down on the floor, you can do this part of the class from a chair.
