Program Team Message – Equipment Availability for Classes
Outlined in each course description, in the Program Guide, is a list of equipment suggested or required for each class. Members are expected to bring their own equipment for all classes.
If you happen to forget, limited spare items (Bender Balls, Exercise Bands, Yoga Blocks) are available at the front desk.
Please note that weights must remain in our Fitness Room and are not available to borrow.
