Better Choices, Better Health® – Chronic Disease (Weight Management Edition)
Thursday, February 27, March 6, 13, 20, 27 & April 3 | 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
This class is not a weight loss program. Instead, this supportive, free, and engaging six-week workshop can teach you important skills that can help you live a healthier life in a larger body and make choices that can result in a change in weight.
Over the six weeks, you will learn about:
- How to build sustainable and realistic action plans
- Intuitive eating
- Healthy sleep habits
- Safe exercise strategies
- Dealing with difficult emotions
- Communicating effectively (with ourselves and with others)
