Messages from Operations Manager – Important Locker Policy Change
Due to the limited number of lockers and growing member demand, the WSAC locker policy is changing to ensure availability for all members.
This new policy ensures more members have access to a secure place for their belongings while they use the facility.
Key Change: Day Use Only
Effective January 1, 2026, all lockers will be for day use only.
Day Use Only – Lockers can only be used while you are actively at the WSAC facility.
Overnight Storage – Prohibited. Items and locks left overnight will be removed, and the contents will be placed in Lost and Found.
Security – You must supply your own lock to secure your belongings. WSAC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Valuables – We recommend leaving valuable items at home as WSAC is not liable for their loss or theft.
Reporting – Please report any lost or stolen items to the Front Desk
Follow-Up Notice: Items removal
A notice was issued in mid-December regarding the updated locker policy and the requirement to remove all personal items by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 19, 2025.
For lockers that were not cleared by the deadline, all remaining items have now been removed by staff in accordance with the new policy.
