Message 01 – WSAC Refresh: Important Action Required Before 2026!
The WSAC Board of Directors is excited to announce a building refresh taking place over the holiday break!
Our building will be painted while we are closed for the Holiday Season. We can’t wait for you to return in 2026 to a freshly updated space!
To make this possible, The WSAC Team needs your assistance with a few preparations.
Please take action on the following items by the specified deadlines:
Lockers (Action Required by December 19, 2025)
- If you are currently using a locker, please remove all contents and take your lock home.
- We will be moving all lockers for the painting and cannot guarantee they will be returned to the same location.
Crucial Note: Any locker with a lock still on it after December 19, 2025, will have the lock cut off, and the contents will be removed by staff.
Craft/Art Supplies (Action Required by December 16, 2025)
- If you store any craft or art items at WSAC, you must remove them by December 16, 2025.
- Items not removed will be moved for painting, and we cannot guarantee their safety.
Decorations
- Please note that the location of pictures and other decorative items will be changing as part of the refresh.
- We have a timeline for this project, but as with any refresh, we ask for your patience and understanding regarding any minor changes to the schedule.

Message 02 – Christmas Closure: December 24, 2025 – January 1, 2026
Important Dates & January 2026 Schedule
Please make note of the following dates for the end of the year and the start of 2026:
- Centre Closed: December 24, 2025 – January 1, 2026
- Centre Open / Cafe Closed: January 2, 2026 (Centre reopens after the holidays)
- Centre Open / Cafe Open: January 5, 2026 – January 9, 2026
- Limited Drop-In Programs Begin: January 5, 2026 ***see note
- Registered Programs Begin: January 12, 2026
*** Drop In programs will be based on room availability, check with the centre before visiting WSAC this week***
