Griefwalk is an eight-week course to support widows in their grief journey through interactive conversations and opportunities to write, share, and reflect on several aspects of life after the loss of their husbands.
We will explore the process of grief and mourning and we will offer approaches that will help you to move successfully through the process.
You will be able to identify productive habits and behaviors. You will benefit from the interactive process in which you will discover common stages of widowhood and successful ways to navigate this challenging journey. If you are a widow, or if you are supporting a widow, this may be the jump-start to a fulfilling and satisfying life after loss.
