ESSENTRICS® A dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening while engaging all 650 muscles. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body. A slow-paced, full body workout created by Miranda Esmonde-White, the author of the New York Times bestseller, Aging Backwards and latest book, Forever Painless.

This class is offered at LaPerle Community League (18611 97a Ave. NW)

  • A full body workout using a dynamic combination of strengthening and stretching, with standing and floor work (back and side only).
  • Develop lean, strong, and flexible muscles and improve your posture.
  • Re-balance the body, prevent and treat injuries, unlock tight joints, and feel energized, youthful, and healthy.

EQUIPMENT:

  • Yoga mat
  • Yoga strap or TheraBand
