Use resistance bands and a bender ball to tone the entire body, strengthen your core, and improve your balance.

EQUIPMENT:

  • Medium to heavy resistance theraband
  • Bender Ball (or 6-8 in soft pilates ball)

  • Equipment available for purchase at WSAC
