Active Aging Series
The Active Aging Series is a monthly program that helps adults 55+ stay informed, confident, and well as they age.
- Each session features our Friends of WE Seniors, professionals who are sharing practical, easy-to-understand information on a common theme. Topics change throughout the year and may include health, safety, financial literacy, caregiving, nutrition, and other issues that matter to older adults.
- Sessions are educational and community-focused, with time for questions and informal conversation.
- Tuesdays or Thursdays
- 1:45 PM – 4:30 PM
- Community Cafe, Westend Seniors Activity Centre,
- 9629 176 St, Edmonton
- $3.00 (includes coffee & snack)
