| Description of new class | This seated yoga class modifies all poses to be done while sitting on a chair, making it a gentle and accessible option for everyone. The class includes breathing exercises, warm-ups, and stretches designed to tone and strengthen the entire body, followed by a cool down and savasana. It’s ideal for individuals with mobility challenges, those who have difficulty getting on the floor or standing for long periods, or anyone dealing with balance issues. | ||

| Description of new class | Create a sketchbook filled with quick, charming pen and wash drawings or paintings. You’ll use a fountain pen with water-soluble ink for the drawings, followed by washes with water and ink using watercolor brushes. Additionally, you can use permanent ink pens or liners and color your work with watercolor paints if you choose to bring paints. The instructor will provide projects and demonstrations, and you’re welcome to bring your own projects for personalized guidance. | ||
