Did you know that exposure to wildfire smoke can have lasting harmful effects on your lungs and the rest of your body? Wildfire smoke is a complex mixture of toxic air pollutants, some of which are known to have harmful health effects even at very low concentrations. While air pollution affects everyone, seniors are one of the population groups at greater risk for the harmful health effects of air pollutants.

Come join us for this presentation to understand why certain individuals, such as seniors, are more vulnerable to air pollution than others, and learn what actions you can take to reduce exposure to wildfire smoke and protect your health.
