THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS
Another year is coming to an end and it’s been a wonderful one of giving and community at the centre. There are so many things that our volunteers have accomplished; many that could have never been possible without their energy and commitment. Their contributions allow us to continue to fulfill our mission and serve seniors in our community each year.
One thing that was noticed this year is the number of times that we heard “I can do it”. So many of you were willing to jump in and cover for volunteers or staff that couldn’t be there or take on extra tasks. Your willingness to give of yourself every single day is astonishing.
Another phrase that was heard many times this year was “don’t hesitate to ask”. WSAC’s volunteers have such dedication and hold us so dear to their hearts that they are always there for us.
Thank you to each and every one of you who has made 2024 a fantastic year. We are all looking forward to 2025 and seeing what heights we can climb to together!
