FALL 2025 Registration will start on AUGUST 21st, 2025 starting at 1:30 p.m. (WSAC Members Only)
IN PERSON REGISTRATION: 2 Options
- Registration Event on August 21st, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in the Gym.
- At the front desk starting on August 21st, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
ONLINE REGISTRATION: If you haven’t set up your online account, visit www.myactivecenter.com and click the “New Users” button. Follow the instructions.
RECIPROCAL MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: will open on August 28th, 2025, 2025
REGISTRATION FOR ALL CLASSES, FROM SEPTEMBER 2025 – DECEMBER 2025 INCLUSIVE, WILL BE OPEN FOR REGISTRATION STARTING ON AUGUST 21, 2025
- To register for classes, you will need your 2025 membership.
- If you don’t already have your current membership, you must purchase it prior to registering.
- We are only able to register members for complete classes at this time.

Message 02 – NORTH AMERICAN MAH JONGG LESSONS
An exciting and popular game of skill and luck! No cost to learn, WSAC has 4 spots available for students.
- DATE: Mondays, September 8, 2025 to October 20, 2025 (Six classes)
- TIME: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- LOCATION: Art Room, Westend Seniors Activity Centre

PLEASE NOTE: If you already know how to play Chinese Mah Jong or American Mah Jongg, join our drop-in at WSAC on Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. in the Games Room!

Message 03 – WSAC CHOIR (Westend Singers)
The WSAC Choir, affectionately known as the Westend Singers, is looking for new members!
Directed by Tammy Farkes, the choir meets every Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Harry Farmer Room. In addition to weekly rehearsals, the choir performs several “sing outs” throughout the season, with the highlight being the annual Night of Music in late April.
We ask for a high level of commitment throughout the season to ensure a successful and rewarding experience for all members.
The Choir season begins on Friday, September 12, 2025.
Cost:
- $40.00 September 2025 – December 2025
- $40.00 January 2026 – April 2026
