Outreach Messages – HAPPY HOLIDAYS
As the year comes to a close, we want to send you our warmest wishes for peace, comfort, and joy this holiday season. This time of year can be filled with connection and celebration, but it can also be emotional, especially for those who may be missing loved ones or feeling the quietness of the season a little more deeply.
Please know that you are not alone. If you are feeling lonely or isolated, there are supports available, and we are here to help you find them. Last year, one of our clients, let’s call her Betty, was feeling very emotional during the holidays. She reached out, and with help from one of our community resources, she found comfort, connection, and the support she needed to move forward. Reaching out made all the difference.

A 24/7 phone line offering emotional support for anyone in distress or feeling overwhelmed. Seniors can talk to someone any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Access 24/7
A 24-hour mental-health and addiction support line through Alberta Health Services. Seniors can call anytime to speak with a mental-health professional, get crisis support, or be connected to community services.
