7TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY MARKET – Vendor Call

It’s our 7th year!

Calling all crafters, artists, bakers, canners etc. WE Seniors will be holding its 7th Annual Holiday Market on Saturday, November 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Come out and share your talents with others and perhaps make a little extra $ for Christmas. Book your own or share with a friend. Pick up a vendor application at the front desk or fill one out on our website to reserve your table now.

Table prices are as follows:

$35.00 – WE Seniors Edmonton Current Membership Holder – 6 feet table and chair provided
$45.00 – Non-member – 6 feet table and chair provided
$45.00 – WE Seniors Edmonton Current Membership Holder – 6 feet table and chair provided with access to power
$55.00 – Non-member – 6 feet table and chair provided with access to power

** Please note, we have a limited number of power spaces available. They are confirmed on a first come/first served basis. You will need to bring your own extension cord.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Vendor Information Table registration deadline is Friday, October 30, 2026.
Your table must be registered and paid for by this date.
If for some reason you need to cancel, you must cancel by Friday, October 30, 2026, to receive a refund.
Cancellations received after this date will only be refunded if we can find another vendor for your table.
Applications must be received and approved before your space is confirmed and payment is accepted.

APPLICATIONS AND PAYMENTS

Applications can be submitted through our website or filled out in person at our centre.
Once your application has been accepted, you have several options for payment.
- E-transfer (preferred) to our accountant at ka***@*******rs.ca
- Cash, debit or credit card at our centre
- Credit card by phone (5% convenience fee applies)

Our centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with extended hours until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Note: Our centre closes at 6:15 p.m. on Thursdays in August 2026

PLEASE NOTE

Vendors are responsible for providing their own payment options to customers, displays, tablecloths, extension cords, and other materials to set up displays.
The placement and selection of vendors will be made at the discretion of Westend Seniors Activity Centre.
We will limit the number of vendors selling the same product to give every vendor the opportunity to do well.
If you require special considerations for your assigned table (end of the row, against the wall, additional space behind/beside for signage/display or beside another specific vendor) you MUST indicate this on your vendor application. Requests after that date may not be accommodated.
We welcome homemade and handcrafted items only. No wholesale, resale, or commercial retail businesses are permitted.
Insurance is the responsibility of the vendor.
Vendors who are selling food related items will be required to fill out an extra application through Alberta Health Services and will be provided with a link upon application approval. We can only accept vendors whose goods fall within the low risk categories outlined by AHS.

*** Your application will be reviewed and approval is based on the type of items you are selling and the number of vendors we have selling similar items. Payment is not due until the application is approved.

Thank you for your interest in our Holiday Market. We hope to make the day fun and profitable for all. Please read through all of the guidelines carefully.

Table registration deadline is Friday, October 30, 2026. Your table must be registered and paid for by this date. If for some reason you need to cancel, you must cancel by Friday, October 30, 2026, to receive a refund. Cancellations received after this date will only be refunded if we can find another vendor for your table.

Applications must be received and approved before your space is confirmed and payment is accepted. Applications can be mailed in, dropped off or emailed to heather@weseniors.ca.

Payments can be made by cash, debit or credit card at our centre or by e-transfer to kathy@weseniors.ca. We can process a credit card payment by phone if preferred however there would be an additional 5% convenience fee. Our centre is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with extended hours until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own payment options to customers, displays, tablecloths, extension cords and other materials to set up displays. Materials can only be attached to walls with Stic-Tac putty.

Vendors are limited to a total of 2 tables each and must contain their products to the space provided and not infringe on other vendor spaces or with traffic flow.

Once you have unloaded your items, we ask that you move your vehicles farther down the street to allow parking in our lot and close by for customers.

Please no packing up or early departure before 3:00 p.m.

Vendors and all products must conform to Public Health Guidelines and Standards of Cleanliness.
Market open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
All vendors must arrive and be set up before 10:00 a.m. and remain until closing time at 3:00 p.m.
Set up may begin no earlier than 8:30 a.m.
Vendors should be neat and clean in appearance and conduct themselves in a professional manner. No profanity will be tolerated. Vendor’s company name, if applicable, should be clearly displayed at the stall.
Children over the age of 10 will be allowed to assist with sales at your table. Children under the age of 10 should not be brought to the sale by vendors.
All vehicles must be moved to the street after unloading.
No pets are allowed in the facility.
All vendors are responsible for the cleanliness of their stall. Please dispose of garbage in appropriate receptacles and clean up your area at the end of the sale.
The use of nails and staples on walls are prohibited.
