It was a fantastic, sparkly weekend at Westend Seniors Activity Centre as we celebrated our annual Festive Lunch on Friday,Dec 2 and our Holiday Dinner on Saturday., Dec 3.
Haidong Liang, Executive Director, was our MC for the weekend festivities, and provided welcoming comments. Barb Gibson, President, brought Christmas Wishes from the Board of Directors.
There were lots of great prizes and great company to be had. Our Festive Lunch featured a performance by our WSAC Choir and Kay DaSilva graced us with her beautiful singing voice and some classic songs at our Holiday Dinner.
A big thank you to our partners at Optimal Living – Wild Rose. who sponsored our photobooth. In Your Face Photobooth captured the great fun that our guests experienced.
Delectable turkey meals with accompaniments were prepared by our amazing WSAC kitchen and our volunteers and staff worked hard both days to make these Christmas gatherings to remember.
