EAST COAST KITCHEN PARTY
The East Coast Kitchen Party is back!
Come out and celebrate the vibrant culture, music and food of Canada’s East Coast, bringing a taste of maritime hospitality and fun. Join us for a fun-filled and delicious evening.

Time: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Location: WE Seniors Community Cafe
Cost: $12.00 per person if you are bringing a Crock or $20 per person if not
COME JOIN US
Food – take part in our Crock of Chowder cook off. Prepare your favourite CHOWDER or SOUP in your own crock pot or just come to taste everyone else’s concoctions. For those bringing their “crock”, please prepare 8 servings and a list of ingredients. Prizes will be awarded for the best 3 chowders. No need to bring any other dishes – we will supply biscuits, veggies, chips and dip as well as a dessert.
Music – Guitarist and vocalist Jackie Murray will get things rolling but we also want you to bring the music! Bring your guitars, keyboards, ukuleles, accordions, fiddles, spoons, washboards and your voices to sing along. Everyone is welcome to jam together. We would love to hear some Celtic and maritime music but are open to whatever inspires you.
There will be a cash bar, 50/50 draw and some fabulous east coast prizes. Come on out and “Fill yer boots!”
