ALL MEMBERS MUST CHECK IN

We have noticed a number of members skipping the line up and not scanning their membership key card to check in when arriving for their classes.

Security best practices normally require all guests to sign in when in a place of business. To ensure that we are following basic security practices and to enable us to provide accurate information to Alberta Health Services if needed, our centre has implemented the following requirements:

Members MUST scan their valid membership card. If you have not renewed your membership, please talk to our front desk volunteers.
If you are here at the centre for more than 1 activity, please select all of the options that apply to you (e.g. yoga, community cafe)

 

WE NEED THE INFORMATION FOR FUNDING

We rely on the data we collect from our system for things like our Annual Report, applying for grants, etc. so it is important that the information we collect is as accurate as possible.

STEP ONE – Scan In At The First Station At Our Front Desk.

  1. This Is So We Can Confirm You Have Provided Proof Of Vaccination To Our Centre.
  2. This Must Be Done Each Time You Visit

Step Two – Go To The Next Station

  1. Please Ensure You Scan Your Membership Card. 
  2. If You Do Not Have Your Card, Please Visit Our Front Desk.

You Will Now See All Of The Activities That We Have Happening Here At Our Centre For The Entire Day.

STEP THREE – Select All Of The Activities You Will Be Attending While You Are At Our Centre Today

  1. If You Select The Wrong Class, Please Let Us Know So We Can Fix It.

STEP FOUR – Make Sure To Tap The “Finish” Button So The System Can Record Your Information

STEP FIVE – Make Sure That The System Shows The Confirmation Screen.
