The Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Alberta is thrilled to be a participating site for AGE-WELL AgeTech Discovery Day, taking place on October 1, 2026, to mark National Seniors Day.
This new initiative will feature technology awareness events in nine locations across seven provinces, as well as a national virtual session, focused on AgeTech innovations that support aging in place and healthy aging.
These free events will help older adults and caregivers discover practical technologies that can enhance independence, health and quality of life. Each session will include hands-on demos, research talks and interactive discussions about getting involved in research and innovation.
