7th ANNUAL HOLIDAY MARKET – VOLUNTEER CALL

 

It’s that time of year again. Our 7th Annual Holiday Market is coming up on Saturday, November 14, 2026 and we need your help.

This is a fun-filled day of holiday shopping with a great variety of vendors.

We are very thankful to be receiving assistance from some students at Harry Ainlay High School this year so there a few less positions to fill.

POSITIONS 

  • Vendor Sign In Table – 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – 2 position available
  • Raffle Table – 9:30 am to 11:30 pm – 2 positions available
  • Raffle Table – 11:30 am to 1:30 pm -2 positions available
  • Raffle Table – 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm – 2 positions available
  • WE Seniors Info Table – 10:00 am to 12:00 pm – 2 positions available
  • WE Seniors Info Table – 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm – 2 positions available
  • Kitchen Concession 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (coffee/muffins/cookies) – 1 position available
  • Kitchen Concession 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch Service – 1 position available
  • Kitchen Concession CASHIER 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – 1 position available
  • Clean Up Volunteers 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (tables/chairs/sweeping) – 6 positions available
