In April, the City of Edmonton kicked off a revolutionary change by bidding farewell to all physical EPark machines. That’s right— the good old coin-operated pay stations are disappearing, and the future of parking is mobile! Get ready to embrace this exciting transition as you switch to a payment system using the HotSpot app, telephone, or website!
We know changes can feel a bit daunting—especially if you’re used to fishing around for coins or standing in line at a machine. But fear not! The City is coming to WSAC with an event designed just for you, ensuring this transition is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Join us for a one-hour educational session where you’ll:
- Learn the different ways to pay for EPark
- See how the HotSpot app works
- Ask questions and get clear answers
- Receive 1-on-1 assistance if you’d like extra help
