Community Garden BBQ
Have you seen our brand new Community Garden? We are so thankful to our amazing group of volunteers who put it all together and the businesses that helped us along the way — and now it’s time to celebrate!
We will be holding a BBQ in our garden! You all are invited!
- Wednesday July 30, 2025
- 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Admission will be $6 per person (include a BBQ hot dog dinner and cake)
- Register at the front desk (call 780 483 1209) by Friday July 25
Come check out what’s growing and find out how our garden came to be all while enjoying the sites and sounds of our beautiful pond.

Great News for Garden Lovers!
Thanks to our wonderful volunteers and kind donations from local businesses, the WSAC Community Garden is now ready!
We still have a few garden beds available for Terra Losa and/or WSAC members to rent.

Cost: $30 for the season

Deposit: $20 cash (returned at the end of the season)

Size: All plots are 8 feet long by 2 feet wide

Heights available: 1 foot tall or 2 feet tall
If you’ve been thinking about growing your own vegetables and herbs but don’t have the space at home, this is a perfect chance to enjoy gardening with others!
Need Soil or Compost for Your Home Garden?
We have extra soil and compost available at the Centre.
Just bring your own bucket and leave a small donation at the front desk to support our Community Garden.
