April 2025 PROGRAM MESSAGE

Message 01 – 2025 SPRING & SUMMER PROGRAM 

REGISTRATION FOR ALL CLASSES, FROM MAY 2025 – TO AUGUST 2025 INCLUSIVE, WILL BE OPEN FOR REGISTRATION STARTING ON APRIL 24, 2025.

  • To register for classes, you will need your 2025 membership. If you don’t already have your current membership, you must purchase it prior to registering.
  • We are only able to register members for complete classes at this time.

 

The 2025 Spring & Summer Program Registration will begin on April 24th, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. (exclusive to WSAC Members). The new Program Guide will be available the week of April 14, 2025.

 

IN PERSON REGISTRATION: 2 Options 

  • Registration Event on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. in the Gym. 
  • At the front desk starting on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.  

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

  • Online Registration, through My Active Centre (class links available on the WSAC Website), will open at the same time as the in-person registration. If you haven’t set up your online account, visit www.myactivecenter.com and click the “Sign Up” button then follow the Instructions.
  • NOTE: The Programs Team will host an Online Registration Training Session on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Board Room. Drop by if you need a refresher on online registration or if you have any questions.

RECIPROCAL MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: will open on Thursday, May 1, 2025

Message 03 – FITNESS ROOM REMINDERS

WSAC Fitness Room Protocols:

  • Be mindful of how long you spend on the fitness equipment, if others are waiting
  • Clean equipment after each use.
  • Maintain a scent-free environment.
  • Wear clean, comfortable workout attire and proper footwear.
  • Avoid loud conversations, music, or dropping weights.
  • Allow others enough room to exercise comfortably.
  • Put weights, mats, and other equipment back where they belong.
  • Avoid excessive use or loud phone calls.
