Danish Meatballs
Our meatball and rice dishes sell out every time! Like all of our beef entrees, we do not use hamburger. Our chef creates an amazing blend of fresh ground chuck and pork sirloin, blended with herbs and seasonings. Then they are slowly cooked to perfection while they prepared the yummy mushroom sauce and rice. If you love meatballs, you will love this dish!
Lasagna
How many frozen meal programs can say they take pork and chuck roasts and hand grind them to make the beef/pork combo for their home made lasagna? One of our best sellers is our Lasagna which features beef, port, cottage cheese, freshly grated parmesan, fresh spinach with homemade Bolognese sauce all topped with a blend of 3 cheeses and Mornay sauce!
