Then come join instructor Leslie McKenzie for this wonderful workshop where she will introduce you to a program that has been around for thousands of years and has always stood the test of time.
- Ayurveda is “The Knowledge of Life” and peers into the nature of life through the wisdom of Mother Nature
- It is the science and knowledge behind creating a healthy balance in our life. And it is for everyone!
- Register for this workshop to get an introduction and gain many insights into the concepts and teachings of Ayurveda
- In this workshop you will;
1. Be introduced to Ayurveda
2. Discover your individual nature/personality type (the Dosha’s Vata, Pitta & Kapha)
3. Explore 3 of the Ayurvedic Pillars (Nutrition, Sleep & Movement)
There are 2 sessions available ( please note that for the afternoon session, you are required to take a previous intro to Ayurveda or attend the morning session)
