Learn about key nutrients for healthy aging, strategies to stay strong, and tips for preparing quick, easy meals for one or two people. Meghan will also share resources and guidance on finding reliable nutrition information at home.
2:30 – 3:15 p.m. – Pills and Bones: Medications That Impact Bone Health
Presented by Wael Soliman, Terra Losa Pharmacy
Discover how different medications can affect bone health — some increasing fracture risk, while others help preserve strength. Wael will share practical advice on how to protect your bones and stay healthy as you age.
