Ensuring that your legacy will be protected while planning for a loved one with a disability or other vulnerabilities requires careful thought. Learn the basics of preparing a Will and how implementing a Henson trust can provide ongoing financial support while helping protect a beneficiary’s eligibility for government benefits and programs. We’ll cover how to draft Wills with these concerns, how these trusts work, the role of the trustee and important considerations for creating an estate plan that supports your loved one’s needs and future well-being.
