Workshop Wednesday – Building a Kindness Rock Garden
Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
- We have been asked to build a community Kindness Rock Garden for the centre.
- They are planning a garden BBQ on July 22 and will be painting rocks for the project. Our Men’s Shed will include our own rock for the garden!
- We would like to make 2 gardens…one for the centre and one that we can sell raffle tickets for.
- We would like to have 2 crews of guys taking on the 2 projects, so if you are interested, plan to join us in the workshop!

This should be a fun night out. The Edmonton Riverhawks are a collegiate summer baseball team. The Riverhawks are members of the West Coast League and play their home games at RE/MAX Field.
- We will meet at the Westend Seniors Activity Centre at 5:30 p.m. and then carpool to the game.
- Those of you who want to drive can get your ticket from Grant or Mark and then meet us there.
- Cost $19.00 but we can get 2nd tickets for only $2.00! We will do a head count, purchase the tickets, and share the special offer price amongst everyone.
