COME JOIN US

  • Work towards your personal health and fitness goals with expert guidance from a certified clinical exercise physiologist. This evidence-based, 8-week program is designed specifically for adults aged 60+ and takes place in an exercise classroom and fitness center.
  • You’ll begin and end the program with two 30-minute phone consultations—one for pre-screening and goal setting, and one to review your progress and results. The first and last weeks include standardized fitness tests to assess key areas such as strength, balance, flexibility, agility, and cardiovascular endurance, along with a condensed workout to complement the assessments.
  • During the remaining weeks, you will participate in 90-minute small-group training sessions featuring a warm-up, strength and cardiovascular training, and a cool-down. All sessions are completed at your own pace with individualized coaching and guidance on exercises and equipment to ensure safe and effective movement.
  • All workouts and progress are documented in your personal Living Fit Track & Train binder, helping you track improvements, stay accountable, and celebrate your results week by week.
