FREE TAX CLINIC

ICAN Seniors Association (ICANSA), our Alberta Seniors Alliance partner, has been offering free income tax services to low-income seniors for the last four years. We’re excited to announce that they’ll be offering in-person, free tax filing services here at WE Seniors Edmonton!

ART AFTER 55: A CELEBRATION & AUCTION – CALL FOR ARTISTS

WE Seniors invites local artists to take part in Art After 55: A Celebration & Auction, a fundraising event to support improvements and beautification of the Westend Seniors Activity Centre. Artists can apply online or in person by submitting a short artist bio and a description of the artwork they will be donating.

  • This special event will take place during the Older, Bolder, Better Symposium & Tradeshow on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at River Cree Casino.

  • To participate in Art After 55: A Celebration & Auction, hosted by WE Seniors, artists must meet the following deadlines:
    • Confirm participation by: February 15, 2026
    • Artwork drop‑off deadline: April 30, 2026
    • VIP Launch: June 3, 2026
    • Public Display & Auction: June 4, 2026 (bidding closes at noon)
