News from the Alberta Healthy Living Program
Improving health and quality of life for those with a chronic condition

Spring is right around the corner!
March is not only Nutrition Month – it’s also Social Worker Month! Let’s take this opportunity to think about what may influence our food choices and eating habits. Food nourishes our bodies, and it’s important for healing, immunity, and managing health conditions. It’s also shaped by our social and emotional experiences, making social support just as important as nutrition.
