THE WESTEND SENIORS ACTIVITY CENTRE
Located in the westend neighborhood of Terra Losa, the Westend Seniors Activity Centre has been serving Edmonton and area seniors for over 40 years. With over 22,000 square feet, we make a number of rooms within our centre available for rent.
Our rooms can accomodate from 40 up to 220 people and are well equipped for a variety of functions. You can even access our beautiful deck that overlooks the Terra Losa pond from the cafe and gymnasium. Please note - we do not rent for under 18 birthday parties or graduations.

A FURNISHED DECK OVERLOOKING A POND
We have a furnished deck that wraps around the back of our building, overlooking a water area. (not open in the winter)
GYMNASIUM FEATURES AND RATES
- 3000 Square Feet
- Capacity – 25 participants for fitness classes
- Capacity – 160 seated at tables or 200 row seating
- $110/Hour (1/2 day and daily rates available)
- Round and rectangle shaped tables with chairs available
HARRY FARMER FEATURES AND RATES

- Capacity – 15 for fitness classes or 45 for row seating
- $38/Hour (1/2 day and daily rates available)
- Chairs and tables available for use
- Piano available for use

MEETING ROOM FEATURES AND RATES
- 900 Square Feet
- Capacity – 15 for fitness classes or 45 for row seating
- $38/Hour (1/2 day and daily rates available)
- Chairs and tables available for use
- Dimmer light switch makes this room perfect for yoga and other classes!
CAFE FEATURES AND RENTAL RATES
- 1250 Square Feet
- Capacity – 50 to 60 seated participants
- $66/Hour
- Beverage area, microwave and small fridge included
- Access to our beautiful wrap around deck and view of the pond
kitchen add on
- Kitchen can only be rented with gym or cafe rental - not on it's own
- Must only be used by professional caterers - renters will be required to provide a copy of their rental agreement to WSAC $50/ hour
- Use of countertops, microwave and sink only for prepping for food service - no cooking allowed

- Damage Deposit:$800 (additional $200 when alcohol is being served)
