Lorena Smalley

We have put together a list of businesses that are working hard to help those of us that are self-isolating or simply cannot get out to buy the things we need. We will update this page regularly.

Transportation

Drive Happiness

  • Drive Happiness is now offering help with groceries and errands. Whatever you need, we can help!

  • Call the office at 780-424-5438 and tell us you have been referred by Westend Seniors Association, we will then ask for details (date, time, store preference, grocery list, errand details).

  • Once the errand is booked one of our volunteers will be in contact to confirm delivery time.

  • When the groceries have been delivered someone from the Drive Happiness office will contact you for payment which can be done by EMT or Credit Card.

  • This service is not only limited to groceries, we can run errands, get medical equipment serviced, or even do a delivery for you to loved ones.

Driving Miss Daisy

I would direct clients to our web page at www.Drivingmissdaisyedmonton.com
  • Individuals will see exactly the services that we provide and what the cost of our services are for both the wheelchair accessible Van and for our other vehicles.
  • We are doing additional cleaning at the end of each day to disinfect our vehicles including the additional aides that are used to assist clients to get into and out of our vehicles, utilizing face masks, rubber gloves and hand wipes.
  • Norma, our personal shopper will go out to shop for items that clients require.
  • To contact Driving Miss Daisy for West End Edmonton or Edmonton Downtown clients phone me at 780 777-8813 or email me at ji*@dr**************.net
Our companion drivers are compassionate, caring individuals who will make them feel safe and well looked after.
Sincerely
Shirley Pietrzykowski
