Then come join instructor Leslie McKenzie for this wonderful workshop where she will introduce you to a program that has been around for thousands of years and has always stood the test of time.

Ayurveda is “The Knowledge of Life” and peers into the nature of life through the wisdom of Mother Nature

It is the science and knowledge behind creating a healthy balance in our life. And it is for everyone!

Register for this workshop to get an introduction and gain many insights into the concepts and teachings of Ayurveda

In this workshop you will;

1. Be introduced to Ayurveda

2. Discover your individual nature/personality type (the Dosha’s Vata, Pitta & Kapha)

3. Explore 3 of the Ayurvedic Pillars (Nutrition, Sleep & Movement)

 

There are 2 sessions available ( please note that for the afternoon session, you are required to take a previous intro to Ayurveda or attend the morning session)
