Did you attend our Christmas Craft and Bake Sale?  Did you try our amazing chilli?

Here is our recipe!



  • 3 lbs lean ground beef
  • one whole celery diced
  • 2-3  onions diced
  • 3 large cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp of basil
  • 3 tbsp of oregano
  • 3tbsp of marjoram
  • 5 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 3 cans of red kidney beans
  1. Cook beef thoroughly,until it is no longer pink.
  2. Drain excess oil off meat.
  3. Saute onions and celery until soft.
  4. Add herbs and diced and tomato paste,kidney beans.
  5. Let simmer for 1hour.
  6. Enjoy!
