A MESSAGE FROM OUR OUTREACH TEAM
Since St. Patrick’s Day is on March 17, I wanted to share some Irish humor; “Never iron a four-leaf clover, because you don’t want to press your luck.” ~Author Unknown It’s cheesy but funny!
Since last March 2020 Outreach has been working remotely from home. We have remained focused on providing you with up-to-date information and services and are committed to helping you navigate the pandemic to ensure that you are staying safe and healthy.
Outreach services can help you in many ways:
- Provide an assessment to help identify your needs: financial, housing, transportation to name a few.
- Provide you with resources in your community.
- Provide one-on-one support:
- Provide referrals
If you or someone you know needs help in the home, resources in their community, or who would benefit from a phone call, please do not hesitate to call me at 780 454-2465. Please leave a message and your call will be returned A.S.A.P. or an email can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
In February 2021 for a couple of weeks we were not receiving our phone messages and when we did the messages were a couple of weeks old. There was a glitch in the phone system. Since then we have called everyone back and apologized for our late response. I have also had a few phone messages that I could not hear the person on the other end and no phone number was given to return the call. If you have not received a phone call back it may be because I could not hear the message. Please call back and leave your name and phone number and if possible, try to speak louder so the message can be heard. I would like to thank you for your understanding and patience.
