Since the current outbreak of COVID19, we have all experienced stressful and challenging circumstances. The impact this pandemic has had on our mental health is overwhelming.
Most of us have become more vulnerable to worry, stress, anxiety, and depression. It is important to take care of yourself.
If you need someone to talk to, there are supports in your community that can help. For example,
- your doctor or a different healthcare professional,
- a friend or a family member, or
- someone that can be a support for you in your time of need.
If you are not sure of where to go or who to talk to I encourage you to call our Outreach Department at 780 454-2465. Leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We can provide one-on-one support or help you to navigate the supports in your community. There are many resources that we can share with you. You don’t have to deal with these tough times yourself!
