PROGRAM FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Here are a few of the questions that our Programs Team gets asked regularly. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, just give us a call at (780) 483-1209. We are always happy to help!

A staff member told me I have money “in my WSAC Wallet”. What does that mean?

The “WSAC Wallet” is the name of our credit system. You can use the funds in your “WSAC Wallet” to buy anything at our centre! Members use the wallet to pay for drop in programs, renew their membership, purchase from our meal program, and pay for programming. Next time you’re at the Centre, why don’t you make a “deposit” into your wallet!

How can I purchase a membership?

You may purchase a membership in person at Westend Seniors Activity Centre or call us at (780) 483-1209. You can also purchase your membership online, follow the link by clicking here. The cost is $50 for the year.

How can I register for a program?

  1. Ensure that you have a current membership. (Memberships expire at 11:59 pm on December 31 each year.)
  2. Browse the courses on our website at www.weseniors.ca or in our printed Program Guide, available at the centre.
  3. Register online at www.myactivecenter.com, in person at the centre, or by phone at (780) 483-1209.
